    I have suffered with painful sinuses for all my life. Dr. Silberman performed a surgery to fix my deviated septum and ablate the turbinates. Have never felt better. Highly recommend.

    Appointments are on time with a friendly knowledgeable staff. They manage their appointments very well and I've always had a positive experience at Coastal ENT.

    Scheduling appointment was very easy. The audiologist and NP were absolutely amazing. I felt very comfortable and confident that they were giving me correct information and diagnosis. I took away one star because ONE front desk staff member was paying more attention to her hair than the instructions from the NP. Not a deal breaker but having worked with clients for many decades, it’s something that’s very important to me and hopefully doesn’t happen often. Overall a good experience and would visit again if necessary

    Not really sure how many stars to give. My husband had an appointment for almost 3 weeks and a few days before his appointment (his appointment is Monday, today is Thursday) they call to tell us our insurance is non par, meaning they do not accept our insurance. The lady on the phone had an attitude and said have a good one and hung up on me. No sorry for the inconvenience or anything. Read a few other reviews and it seems like they need to reevaluate the front desk, especially since they make the first impression

    The Physician Assistant Lydia was wonderful. She listened intently to my issues and was very understanding. Her exam was thorough and suggested initial course of treatment well thought out. I came away with a sense of trust. I highly recommend. The front desk staff was also excellent.
