She was an excellent pain management specialist for me!
The staff is WONDERFUL! I was greeted promptly and given paperwork to complete since it was my first visit. The waiting area is small but comfortable and it has a cheerful atmosphere. Wait time to be seen was excellent and I can't say enough, how great the staff are. Diana Hewlett was my provider previously, and she was very happy to see me again. She is very thorough and attentive and actually listens to my concerns, is honest and truthful (not like my experience with my last provider who was not). Diana provided a variety of options for my care and I felt no stress in being forced into making a quick decision. The office is located on the 2nd floor of a large building and there is a spacious elevator. The hallway is very long so if you have mobility issues like I do, it was a bit challenging. Parking lot is large but also can be a challenge for disabled people. Handicapped parking is convenient but limited. If you are looking for a compassionate pain management office, this is the place to go. I HIGHLY recommend!!
P.S. if you have to email them, they are prompt in responding and they actually answer their phone calls. If you leave a message, they are very prompt in calling you back. It's wonderful!
