The front desk and techs excellent. BUT. u should have nurses doing the injections NOT TECHS I have been in the Rediology field 40 years The techs do a good job BUT a nurse would make a patient feel a lot more comfortable. U guys put the Bottom line over Patient care. I never did that. The Patients come first. I’m curious to see if my evaluation is ever posted. Shame on you.
Everyone here is very kind snd friendly. They're patient and explain everything really thoroughly. The location is clean too. I actually drive 40 minutes to go to HVI because I prefer them over other places that are closer to me.
I had a very positive experience during my recent MRI at Health Village Imaging. From the moment I arrived, the staff was kind, professional, and reassuring. Lacey and her coworker made what can be an anxiety-provoking test feel calm and manageable. They took the time to explain the process, checked in frequently, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the scan. Their compassion and professionalism truly stood out. I’m grateful for such excellent care and would highly recommend this imaging center.
Awesome place. My experience was great from scheduling the appointment to the helpful women at the mammogram, and the friendly ladies who performed the CT scan. Everyone I encountered was very friendly, professional and thorough. I would recommend Health Village Imaging to friends, family and anyone in need of imaging services. You won't be disappointed. I have now been to this location twice (after 5pm) and had some morning phone conversations in between and all I can say is how wonderful this office is. Even to the point where tonight I asked for a copy of documents and they were done on the spot for me.
They are so polite and happy and quick! I have never been in an office that is as efficient and welcoming as this one. For someone who works in customer service I can truly appreciate theirs. Thank you!
