I just want to thank Brook for making my husband and I feel so comfortable. She was patient, informed, and helpful with making life changing decisions. She answered all of our questions with easy and made us feel equipped to make our own decisions.
We were very uninformed about any hearing devices, and when we left, we felt so much better with our decisions. I'm so glad we did not back out!! Im so glad there are professionals like Brook who love their job and love helping people.

This place is amazing and the staff are very compassionate people. It’s the most relaxing environment for your visit. You are greeted by Marie, a kind and soft spoken receptionist, who makes you feel at ease. This office is dedicated to providing superior care and concern for your quality of life. Your appointment with Brooke starts with a thorough explanation of what to expect during your visit. She has the most pleasant personality and treats you like family. My husband and I couldn’t believe the time and patience she took for all our concerns and questions. It’s all about your experience, not about business. Brook is such a pleasant and energetic person that you leave feeling more like a friend than a client. If this is something you need to explore, go to this office and experience the caring and thoughtfulness we did and you won’t go anywhere else.

I can not say enough wonderful things about the staff at Connect Hearing. Maria the receptionist is very sweet and welcoming and Brooke my audiologist is equally as sweet and very knowledgeable. Brooke takes all the time I need and answers all my questions thoroughly. Every visit is an absolute pleasure!

Maria is absolutely fabulous, she was so courteous and professional and I appreciate her helpfulness and reminding me about my appointments. All front line customer service she be as sweet and on point as she is. Well,..:as for Brooke she, very very professional and was thorough with the entire examinations, even with all of my questions.
