Front desk was professional. The Dr. Was patient knowledgeable & took the time to explain everything that was going on with my hearing.
Big fan of Doctor Bezpalko. I saw several different ear doctors for an issue I have and Dr. B took time to sit with me, look me in the eyes, answer my questions and formulate care that suited my specific needs which is something I do not get much of these days. Most doctors don't even look me in the eyes when treating me or just assume the issue and start treating. Dr B actually cared. He got me to a surgeon that I'm comfortable with. I high recommend. It may take time to schedule an appointment but that is because this is a good office. Other offices and facilities that can take you right away, that's probably a sign of their level of care. My most impressed moment was when I showed for my appointment Dr. B walked me back to the room, there was no assistant that I talked to. I only talked to the doctor and that's so amazing because he was able to take in my complicated medical history which then dictated my treatment.
That seems like something that every office or doctor should do but in the last 3 years this is the only office that treated me like an individual and not a cookie cutter patient.
