Very great Dr . She took her time and sat down and talk to me and she is very nice
I am a fairly new patient to Dr. Bezpalko & his practice on Nautilus Ave., having first visited for a physiological hearing/ENT assessment by him. His patient & "unrushed" care was thorough, and with a reassuring manner. During a Covid surge in the region, he & his excellent staff were engaging and thoroughly professional. After two visits, I am grateful that Dr. Bezpalko is an option in my Aetna network, able to provide explanations & rationale for various treatment directions (sufficient to satisfy a scientist like myself), yet still put a patient fully at ease with his thoughtful, friendly approach.
