Dr. Thomas has been our pediatrician since my youngest came out of the NICU and she is now 17, my oldest is 19.
They absolutely love her! I also think she has formed a relationship and a bond with them. My oldest reside out of state for college and called
Dr. Thomas on her own because she wasn't well, Dr. Thomas was amazing in answering her questions. The fact that she felt comfortable to call her without my knowledge makes me feel good.

This is my third time to the office. I think she is a good doctor and very thorough but the wait is always an hour or longer. Part of the reason is that she works alone with no nurse or tech. Her husband works up front but isn’t clinical. I have seen her answer phones as well.
The office also needs a refresh. The waiting room and office chairs are DISGUSTING. They are stained and dusty and this is an office for children. I will be working with my insurance to select a different doctor!
