Highly recommend and here’s why:

Dr. Parchment is exceptionally skilled and knows what she is doing in the delivery room—I’ve experienced her care firsthand through all three of my pregnancies/deliveries. My most recent labor and delivery became unexpectedly complicated and with any other doctor who lacked her level of precision and expertise, it would have 100% resulted in an immediate C-section.

Instead, Dr. Parchment remained calm, steady, and peaceful the entire time. Her composure helped me stay grounded, and her confidence allowed me to feel safe, informed, and fully involved in the process. She presented options clearly, gave my husband and me space to think through them, AND she never pressured us. She honored our preferences and trusted my body to do what it was created to do. She also advocated for me when there were disruptions with the hospital nurses which was very helpful of her. Watching her navigate my last delivery only increased my confidence in her skill and care for her patients.

I also want to address a review I saw from someone who mentioned they didn’t meet with Dr. Parchment until something more serious arose. After being her patient for three years, I truly believe that if someone didn’t meet with Dr. Parchment, it was because they didn’t schedule appointments during the times she was available.

Yes, she is in high demand—because she is excellent at what she does—but if a patient wants to meet with a doctor who is highly sought after, it requires intentionally requesting her and choosing appointments that align with her availability. If you don’t request her or schedule her— it’s very obvious that you won’t meet with her.

For context, I met with the midwives for routine check-ups and then scheduled all my later appointments specifically during Dr. Parchment’s hours. I’ve also referred multiple friends to her for their first pregnancies, and all of them met with her as well—because they intentionally booked appointments when she was available.

If you’re considering care with Dr. Parchment, I hope this provides clarity. She is an outstanding physician with a rare combination of expertise, wisdom, and peace under pressure. I’m deeply grateful for the way she guided each of my deliveries.

This GYN came highly recommended by everyone I work with and even by my spouse. Unfortunately, after three visits, I still had not seen Dr. Parchment and was only seen by her midwife or NP. However, once it was discovered that I had fibroids and would need surgery, suddenly Dr. Parchment had time to finally meet me. Imagine meeting your doctor for the very first time right before they’re about to cut you open... what a way to introduce yourself. I do understand that Dr. Parchment is in high demand; however, I strongly believe it should be mandatory for a patient to meet their actual doctor in person at the very first visit.

She listens patiently, answers all questions clearly, and takes the time to explain each step of the treatment. She also shows genuine empathy and kindness, which I truly value. I’m very grateful for her dedication and care, and I highly recommend her without hesitation.”

I made an appointment for my annual exam and pap, which is supposed to be fully covered by insurance. Instead, I ended up being charged extra because I answered a few questions the provider asked — and that somehow turned my visit into a “concern” worth billing additionally for. It feels dishonest and greedy. I came in for preventative care, not a separate issue. Be careful — they’ll find a way to charge you beyond what’s covered.

I have been a patient of Dr. Parchment for over 10 years, I always have a good experience with her as well as the entire team. She and the medical staff are thorough and compassionate professional. As soon as you walk into the office everyone is friendly and ready to help. I recommended the doctor to several friends, they never had any issues or complaints.
