Our family used E&S for our Mother in hospice care at home. Melissa Zara, office manager was very helpful and caring for our needs. Anna Luna our aid was efficient, diligent and very loving to our Mom. Our family loved her caring ways and will always be grateful for everything she did for us. I highly recommend this company.
great company and staff that truly cares about their clients. needed a home aide health on short notice for few weeks and they went above and beyond to get the coverage. the home health aides were all caring, respectful, and gentle with my elderly family member. will definetly use them again and recommend to others as well
We have been using E&S since February 2020. Our aide takes care of my Dad. He calls her his “Angel” she very attentive to his care and is very dedicated to her job. The company has always been there for us, and has never wavered in their communication to the family, they appreciate our longevity as a customer. I would recommend E&S every day of the week to anyone who needs help with their family.
E & S Home Care Solutions have been providing care for my mother in her home for the past four months. We closely keep tabs on our mother’s care with frequent contact and cameras to ensure her safety. The caretaker Libia that has been assigned for my mother has been very prompt and reliable. She is very kind and patient when addressing and dealing with my mother’s dementia and her frequent mood changes. Her care is very thorough, and our mother’s needs are well met. She has been well cared for physically, and her caretaker is sure that our mother maintains her medication regimen, remains hydrated and eats her meals. She ensures her comfort and well being at all times and contacts us with any issues that arise during her care. The agency maintains consistent communication to check in and make sure that all is going well with our mother’s care and our satisfaction with their services.
E and S has been great with my family. The home health aide service they have given to my grandmother is awesome. Once I had an aide that couldn't get to provide service one day but I really needed to get someone at the house that day and they immediately got someone else to cover that day and give me peace of mind. 100% recommended
