I cannot say enough good things about Empire. I was impressed from the booking of the appointment to our salesman Joe, his professionalism and communication and working with us to get to the price we were comfortable with. The installers were absolutely wonderful! They were neat, quick and did an amazing job. I would definitely recommend Empire!
The two men were very friendly, polite, and professional. They did a wonderful job with my living room carpet installation. I would highly recommend you use their service going forward.
We had another great experience using Empire. Our sales representative, Jim, made the experience very simple and efficient. We selected the carpet and went over where it was to be installed. We picked the date and had to change it because the painters were done - changing the date was very easy. The installation team did a great job and the house looks great.
We had a great experience with Kamal, the sales representative who showed up at our door. He was quite pleasant and answered every question we had with patience and understanding. He sat down with us and took his time walking us through the process, and let us know everything that it would entail, so much that we asked for him the second time around when we did the upstairs. Our experience with him was even better the second time around! I couldn't believe that this man, Kamal, picked up his phone, not once, but three times while on vacation! We're so grateful. That's what I call, amazing customer service! Then Omar was the one who came in to do the job, and this man was just as wonderful.
He was so careful with our furniture, and kept us in the loop on everything that was happening, and would let us know if we preferred things to be done a certain way, which I loved cause it showed that he cared about customer satisfaction. If you ask me, Kamal and Omar are the dream team. Ask for them if you ever need Empire.
