Englewood health billing service is TERRIBLE, they always bill me with the same wrong unadjusted bill, even I have a proof of my insurance sending fax to them, they also don’t pick up their phone, they never reply on the messages. I have corrected and adjusted bill from my Anthem insurance and they keep sending me bills with "past due, overdue" warnings. Please get down to work and be up to date with basics during business hours: answering your phone calls and checking fax. I'm sorry I'm just tired of wasting my time, trying to send readjusted bill and wait for a new one, please change your billing operations!

After months of frustration with no updates, I gave it another shot in March. Fortunately, I was assisted by Lily, who went above and beyond to help me out. She was incredibly kind and helpful, working alongside my insurance rep to resolve the adjusted bill. Huge thanks to Lily for her outstanding assistance!!!
Dr. Friedman is nice and knowledgeable. However the staff is incredibly incompetent. It took 5 calls to get my prescriptions correct and there was no intelligent person to help, I had to wait till the doctor had time to call me. Finally, I hand carried a request for my medical records and they lost it, I faxed it twice and they still cannot accomplish a simple task! The office is totally mismanaged and out of control! So disappointing!
The network really needs up to update their data systems. I've gone through the Aetna "find a doctor" as well as the Englewood website to find a primary care provider that takes new patients.
I've now tried to make appointments with 3 different doctors in this network only for them to be then tell me these doctors aren't taking new patients. I even went as far as being able to make an appointment online with one before they called me back to cancel.
It's already a very large effort to research and try to find a doctor that I feel can address my health issues and I am underwhelmed and disappointed at all the time I've wasted because the group can't implement a simple scheduling software.
