I can’t say enough good things about Jill. She guided me through one of the hardest seasons of my life, a twin pregnancy that came with its fair share of pelvic floor pain and uncertainty. From our very first session, she not only helped relieve my discomfort but also taught me how my body worked and gave me practical strategies I could use every day to move, breathe, and even prepare for birth.

Because of her guidance, I was able to go into delivery feeling strong, confident, and capable, and I successfully delivered both twins vaginally! I truly don’t think that would’ve been possible without her education, support, and care.

Now, in the postpartum chapter, she’s helping me rebuild healthy pelvic floor function so I can safely get back to the gym and the activities I love. Every appointment feels encouraging, empowering, and personalized.

I can’t recommend Jill highly enough. She’s knowledgeable, compassionate, and genuinely invested in your well-being.

Jill was SO helpful both during pregnancy and postpartum!! She was able to give me efficient movements to work on at home and was really responsive via email if I had any questions in between appointments. Super supportive of both women and moms. She even helped entertain my three month old when I had to bring her for an appointment. Can’t recommend Dr. Jill enough for pelvic floor physical therapy.

Jill helped me immensely postpartum! I started seeing her 3 months after my c section and she helped with: relaxing my pelvic floor, strengthening my core and scar massage/mobilization. She recommended dry needling to help regain the slight loss of sensation in one of my legs due to the epidural and it helped awaken my nerves! I saw results with the dry needling in 12 hours.

She understands what it’s like being a new mom and never sends you home with more than 10 minutes of daily stretches & exercises.

I will always recommend her and pelvic floor PT to all postpartum moms.

Jill is the best! At seven months pregnant, I had such bad hip pain I could barely make it through the work day. I truly did not know how I was going to work another 4-6 weeks. She not only got me pain free, I can now manage my symptoms the rest of my pregnancy. She also helped me prep for labor and brought up topics that my OB hasn’t even asked me yet. I got so much more information from her in one session vs all seven monthly OB appointments combined. She is such an amazing resource, seeing Jill should be a part of everyone’s pregnancy

Jill is my hero! I pretty severely broke my pelvis and back, and had been having a lot of pain due to the hardware and scar tissue. My surgeon recommended Jill and I am SO thankful I worked with her! I no longer need hardware removal surgery, and feel way better! Jill is extremely knowledgeable, effective, and so much fun to work with! Highly recommend her!!
