For someone wanting to hire craftsmen to remodel a bathroom for the first time, I felt a bit overwhelmed. There were lots of decisions to be made about tiling, vanities, sinks, overall design philosophy.

Fortunately, Billy, Gianna and the crew were elite at settling down my worries. We took it a step at a time and they were able to accommodate some of my limitations, such as me not being able to pickup up my bathtub, vanity and toilet with my small car. They took time to arrange a pickup on my behalf even though the project was not to start for a couple of weeks. Now that's looking after the customer!

Once the demo started, it was a very smooth process. I felt like I was briefed/consulted every step of the way and other specific experts such as the sheetrock and glass contractor got involved to put it all together. On a personal note, it made me admire even more the meticulous process of remodeling any interior room, much less a bathroom as well as the versatility and know-how necessary to tile, make the plumbing and electrical work, all while adhering to what the client wants. It's hard work and no doubt took many years and experience to get to this point of expertise. As someone who floated the idea of DIY-ing certain aspects, I can look back and know that it was 100% worth it to hire professionals that know what they're doing.

Billy and his team completely transformed a wasted space in our house into a beautiful half bath. From the moment we first spoke to the final touches, Five Star Finish was always professional, communicative, and brought the highest level of craftsmanship. Out of all contractors I've hired in the past, NONE come close to Five Star Finish. The team literally goes above and beyond. The experience throughout the project has left me speechless.

My family is prepping our home to put up for sale. We needed to have our kitchen updated, floor tiles changed to hardwood, and existing hardwood sanded and stained. I met with several contractors for separate projects, but none met my expectations. Then came Five Star Finish. Billy (owner) was upfront, informative and extremely honest. He encouraged me to do due diligence and meet with other contractors before making my decision. Their estimate wasn't the cheapest, nor the most expensive, but I can tell you was worth every penny. They stayed right on budget; there were areas which weren't recognized in the original estimate, but Billy covered it as he took full responsibility of anything that wasn't in his original scope. The value they brought to the table - customer service, quality work, project timelines met - made it all worthwhile. Outside of the actual work, Gianna (their office admin) provided constant updates, which made everything so simple.

Billy and his team were VERY ORGANIZED. I'm OCD myself and seeing their work never made me uncomfortable. If you look at the pictures, each day they literally cleaned up everything. I stopped by the house one night to check on their work and found everything so organized - tools were nicely arranged on top of boxes to keep from scuffing the newly stained floors, there were so many drop cloths to protect the new hardwood where some of the appliances were all nicely placed on.

I can't say this enough how I enjoyed this whole entire experience. They started the project before covid-19 came about and were working very FAST! I couldn't believe how much work Billy finished just in the first week. Their progress was quick and so very detailed. I was sad how the project was coming to an end because it really was a pleasure working with them. Unfortunately, once covid hit, the project had come to a halt. Once they could start working again, they only needed a few more days to complete the project.

I'm beyond satisfied with the outcome - quality, accuracy, value and detail. The pictures really don't do their work enough justice. It's not only their work, but how they work is very impressive. Their customer service can't be beat. Every question or idea I had, they always made time to discuss, provide their opinions and explore it further.
