I recently had my 2022 BMW M4 Comp in for service. The team identified an issue with one of the wheels and needed to order a replacement. As fate would have it, I was not going to able to bring the vehicle back in for at least a few weeks. Debra offered to have a driver sent out to my home (about 35 miles away) and have him pick the car up and after the repair bring it back to me. This is outstanding service and so much appreciated. Flemington BMW always goes the extra mile to prove to me they are the best auto dealer in the market and reminds me why I will buy my next car from them. Thanks Debra and Jorge! Much appreciated.
I made an appointment to have body work looked at. They made me wait all morning from 8;30 am until noon just to tell me the body man can't come.
