Fort Knox: Self Storage and Uhaul

This storage facility is amazing!! I’ve never had a better and easier customer service experience in my life, with anything I think. Katelyn is so attentive, accommodating, personable and sweet!! I couldn’t be happier with this storage facility!

I went here to rent a unit for my college age stepson's items during the covid pandemic as I have him home with me as his university is currently closed. I did not have the room with me and my apartment for all of his things. I could not be happier with the staff- how helpful they were how willing they were to work with me on the pricing it was a great experience to start and then seeing the cleanliness of the place. The 24-hour monitored cameras was a big relief to me to as well even though where the facility is located it's pretty safe. The pricing was better than I actually had imagined in my head so that was a major stress relief on me. My experience was wonderful from the get-go from the staff to being beyond helpful and going above and beyond for me including offering a big packet of info including my lease so I have all my paperwork together in a folder. Thank you for Knox self storage for doing such a great job during these very very hard times!

Prices are competitive and location is convenient. The storage units are in good order and are pretty clean. Staff is friendly and willing to work with you. Security deposit did take a bit of time to get back after terminating the rental though. I would use their storage again in the future.
