I had my catalytic converter & other recommended maintenance services done by Gadoll Auto Shop. The service was excellent with upfront parts and labor charges disclosed and agreed upon for the service.
The work was completed on timely manner with periodical updates. The mechanic was professional, honest, and provided great customer service experience as a new customer. The price for the labor charge was fair and reasonable as compared to Dealer shop quoted for the same repair services.
I will highly recommend Gadoll Auto shop. My new auto shop for all cars need. Bye-bye over prized Dealer Auto shop.

Our church van, which had been stationary for over four years, was in need of repair. It was covered in dirt and had reached a point where we were considering donating or selling it. After communicating with Gadoll and his team, the vehicle was promptly towed to his shop. They provided us with a detailed estimate and assured us that the vehicle was in good condition, requiring only a few minor repairs. The team swiftly replaced all necessary parts, cleaned the vehicle, and made arrangements for inspection. Gadoll and his team went above and beyond, keeping us updated throughout the process. Since the vehicle had been sitting for four years, all computer systems were down, and the DMV was unable to conduct an inspection. Gadoll provided clear communication, and after a few days of driving, the vehicle passed all inspections. Gadoll relieved me of a significant burden, as I lacked the time to handle this task myself. I am eternally grateful and highly recommend this shop for all your regular car services.

Best automobile shop I’ve been in New Jersey. The prices are very reasonable compared to other auto shops and the mechanic/ manager ( Britwum) is customer friendly and will go beyond your expectations to get you back on the road. And if you need to leave the at the shop, he will provide you with one of his service cars to use while he takes his time to work on your car.

If you're looking for a friendly, professional, and honest auto shop, Gadoll is for you! I went in about a month ago for an oil change - over the next few weeks, I noticed a very slow coolant leak and brake issues so I brought my vehicle back in. Britwum was able to find and fix the issue in record time!. Now my car drives like brand new. I will continue going to this shop and encourage anyone else in New Jersey to do the same.
