Heavy duty is it for me when it comes down truck mechanic, Cesar is the one mechanic that besides being reasonable and helpful, he's not going to reel you into spending money on anything you don't need. Starter problem? If it's just a minor issue, like a relay or a corroded wire you can count that he'll be honest and will find the best way to help. To me honesty goes a long way in the kind of world we live now in days. There's still some good people.
