Installed a new pond in our yard several weeks ago and encountered some issues with the water being discolored. Spoke to to friendly, informative people at Hilltop Koi, who provided a ton of excellent information at no charge. Will definitely make a trip to see them in person when I need products, or Koi for my pond. Thank you both for taking the time to explain things and make recommend to me without pushing the purchase of unneeded product. We definitely recommend!!!
If you’re looking for help with your pond this is the place to go. It’s a family owned business! They are so welcoming, friendly, and caring. We got our pond installed with a bigger company and they pretty much left us stranded. We had no clue what we were doing. All of our fish died. Then we went to Hilltop Koi. They helped us get out water tested, add oxygen, and plants to our pond.
Now we have a bunch of thriving koi fish from Hilltop Koi. The koi they sell are very healthy and extremely reasonably priced. We can enjoy our pond again! Thank you so much!!!
Extremely friendly family operation. Couldn't have been friendlier or given better service. I bought a beautiful 18" koi...he's doing great in my pond and happy with his new pond mates! Terrific value and a really fun experience! Don't expect a commercial enterprise...this is a family run venture...that's what made it so much fun for me! Loved it and will definitely be back!
Had a great experience at hilltop while picking out some koi to help restock our pond. Russell and his staff were extremely knowledgeable, attentive and spent some quality time to get to know our needs. This is our first visit to hilltop, but won't be our last. The Koi we got were in great health and have some vibrant patterns. We love our new Koi and look forward to shopping at Hilltop in the future!
We stopped by yesterday and picked up a Beautiful 12 inch Butterfly Koi.
The owner took the time and patience to net him as he was an escapee under the netting of all the other koi. His prices are definitely great. My wife and will be back . Nice to see a small family business FYI Hilltop is in a residential neighborhood on an old farm his selection of koi was fantastic, not overcrowded, pristine water . I could write more but I'm not a blogger...
