Honestly pretty bummed with this store it’s my local hobby shop and everyone seemed very cool they walked me through buying my warhammer minis and said they would help me get started with paints and being my first time I listened to what they told me. After setting up with a buddy to paint he noticed they sold me an enamel paint instead of a proper base paint and even showed me online where it says not to use enamels as a base as later paints won’t adhere properly. So I go back to the store and explained everything they called the owner and denied any sort of refund or exchange. Thanks guys I understand you have a policy but if one of your workers led me to buy the wrong paints it only takes a little kindness to help someone new to a hobby. I’m giving two stars because I should have done my research but I trusted the “experts” who btw offered to help I didn’t go asking. Again I own the lion share of the blame I should have educated myself beforehand but don’t let your workers provide advice if you won’t honor their bad choices.

I just want to give a huge thank you to this hobby store for taking such great care of me! I purchased three of the 50th Anniversary Bigfoot editions, and the entire experience was smooth, professional, and honestly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had.

They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect — from answering all my questions, to helping me secure these limited-edition trucks, to making sure the boxes and packaging were in mint condition. You can tell they truly care about their customers and take pride in what they do.
