Very nice and friendly management. Super clean and safe. We kept a unit for just a few months before moving across the country, renting was very easy as was canceling and returning the unit. Highly recommend.
Eric, the manager, is very professional and genial. My interactions with him have been very positive.
The actual building looks very clean and well lit. I like that all the units and not just the hallways are climate controlled.

I just ended the rental agreement for my storage unit after four great years with Hogan, and I’m genuinely sad to leave. I’ve moved out of state and have my things at a different storage facility now. It doesn’t even compare. Hogan Self Storage is clean, the staff (especially Eric) is wonderful, and the building is secure. The property is well maintained, and management is excellent with communicating, whether it’s to tell us about regular maintenance to the gates or elevators or to inform us of changes to office hours. It’s been a genuine pleasure doing business with Hogan. 10/10, highly recommend.
The physical units and the facility are clean properly controlled environmentally. No rodent damage to our belongings. We utilized up to 7 storage units and we kept adding and moving units. So flexibility and accommodations were needed to handle our fluid business. Eric Taylor worked with us in a courteous, patient and effective manner to accommodate ALL of our needs, twists and turns. He is truly in control of your facility with customer service in the forefront of his actions and reactions. Excellent experience with Eric and overall with the facility.
