Like other reviewers, staff is excellent and super responsive! Easy in and out and very clean. Straight forward billing and accommodating with changes. I highly recommended Hogan storage.
I've moved units probably 6 times, slowly going down in size and as my family grew needing a bigger was needed. Everytime I switched units Eric was so accommodating and helpful. The only time I'm going to move out of there is if I move out of state. Love it here.
I had a great experience with Hogan Self Storage. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the facility was clean. Should I need a storage unit again, I would be happy to rent with Hogan once more.
Everyone I spoke to was very knowledgeable and kind. I stopped by there and was given a tour of the facility so I could see what the units looked like to better make a decision. All my questions were answered and the space is clean and easily accessible! I would definitely recommend Hogan Self Storage. Thank you guys for making this process super simple!
Experience so far has been very good. Eric Mgr is excellent. I must speak to him regarding water getting into the unit. I don't think the floor is level. When we opened the door the floor was wet half way in. I am storing antique furniture in there and it will be ruined!.
