Amazing experience. Easy to get to drive too, it was nice that the office was right inside the front door of the building. Beautiful office/waiting area. Beyond clean in the waiting area & inside the procedure room.
The staff BEYOND NICE & HELPFUL. If I need any other testing’s I will definitely be back to this one.
Front desk girl was amazing super friendly and efficient. I wasn't overwhelmed with 100000 pages of paperwork all done on an iPad took about 3 mins to complete. Then my mammo went super smooth. Girl was pleasant and gentle unlike other places I've been. I will definitely be a repeat customer.
Everyone is wonderful at ImageCare. I went in on Wednesday afternoon and had an appointment for an MRI on Friday after work. The entire staff is well prepared and cared for me. I will use them as I need their services.
The staff was very, courteous, attentive and professional. I didn't have to wait long before being called. The staff walked me through the process and made sure that I was comfortable with everything.
Loved this office. Front desk staff was friendly and very helpful even though I was s but agitated over yet again another tablet with items to be filled out even though many of the questions were answered on a previous tablet 2 weeks ago for a different test. The MRI/X-ray/Bone Density staff were so comforting, helpful and accommodating. Best ImageCare location for staffing EVER,!!!
