Dr. Horn has helped a lot in past year and is respectful of my needs, thoughts, inclinations and future health concerns.
I have been seeing Dr. Horn for years and she is wonderful to work with. She listens, have innovative ideas, and simply a pleasure to visit. I stay with this practice because of her.
Dr Horn is an excellent physician, expert on outpatient care and extremely knowledgeable. She is also an outstanding advocate for her patients and a true, empathetic supporter of her patients!
Was difficult to find a doctor closer to home but fortunately I was able to Dr. Horn. She is very personable and is a good doctor. It is also very convenient that the office can handle blood work in the office so I don't have to make a separate trip.
