Fantastic business! I come from old fashioned retail ways which are about helping customers out more than trying to get a sale. I walked in as naive to flags/poles as can be but I received endless help and advice; not once was I taken advantage of. There was even a part that I was recommended going somewhere else for, instead of them trying to make more money off of me. The staff speak from experience and want you to succeed, not just buy their products. The kind of rare place nowadays that would help you and answer any question even if you weren’t buying their products. Happy to know places like this are still kicking. Honest people and affordable prices.

Start to finish, best experience. Stopped in, met with Barbara who listened and told me exactly what I need. Terry followed up, provided additional information and how best to prepare. The team came out, installed our 25 ft pole perfectly. Couldn’t be happier!! Multiple neighbors stopped by, complimented the decision and asked where we purchased it. I'm going to say right off the bat, there's a reason why this place has been around for a long time. From my 1st phone call I was treated like a VIP. Everything was explained in full detail and there were many options. At Kempton there were no aggressive sellers and everything was very laid back. I was advised to come check out flag poles on site which I did, even though I knew what I wanted I was given different options which was nice. The lady there was so patient and nice to me, explained everything in detail. I went with the 20 ft. Fiberglass pole which was the best fit for my home. The installers that came were very professional and explained everything to me from digging to raising my flag when the cement was cured. Professional from start to end and VERY highly recommended!
