We were sent here by our contractor to pick out tile for our bathroom remodel . We met with Haley. My wife and I were both overwhelmed by all the choices that the store had to offer. She was extremely helpful at helping us pick out tiles we needed for the bathroom floor, shower wall, accent strip and niche. She made the experience very easy. Thanks Haley.

Clean store.. Wide selection of quality tiles, marble , tumbled stone..etc. Katie was very helpful, allowing me to take a sample overnight.

My husband Chris and I are in the process of a home renovation including our master bath and our hall bath.

Although I had a general idea of what type of tile I wanted for both baths, I found the process of nailing down exact choices a bit overwhelming.

Initially, we went to a couple of big box stores, and honestly we found some choices we liked. We bought samples and brought them home, and narrowed down our decision. We then went back to a big box store, ready to buy, but we knew we were unsure of all that was needed to complete the look. Although we were able to find a person to ask a few questions, we felt very rushed. We also understood the helpful employee had limitations, due to inconsistent quantities of accent pieces, etc.

I told my husband, we can't make an investment in our home like this without the help of an expert. He totally agreed and recommended we try Wayne Tile. He happens to work across the street from
Wayne Tile and had heard good things from a co-worker.

I wandered into Wayne Tile one evening shortly before they were about to close and was immediately greeted by Emily. Emily is AMAZING! She was patient and provided SO many options within my vision and budget. She truly is a sincere, kind, sweet, knowledgeable, and helpful person!

After spending a bit of time mulling over some initial ideas and getting a quote, I made an appointment to return a few days later to finalize choices. Given the time constraints of our project, it was important that what we chose was available ASAP.

When I returned a few days later, Emily greeted me again and helped me finalize my choices. She was VERY patient as I changed my mind on a few details a few times (sorry, Emily!) but she never rushed me or made me feel anything less than a valued client. I am SO grateful to have Emily's help and guidance throughout the process.

Not only did Emily help us make our final decisions (which for us is a once in a lifetime project), she provided EXCEPTIONAL service in making sure everything we wanted was available and would be delivered quickly. Wayne Tile has a terrific selection and they are so good at getting what you need when you need it!
