Senior helpers listened to the my needs and assigned an aide that more than met those needs. They stayed in regular contact to make sure all our needs were being met and that the assigned aide was compatible with those needs. I highly recommend their services to anyone considering a live in aide.
The staff is very friendly and well trained. The community is located on the campus of Penn-Medicine which is a great location. I would highly recommend.
We found Senior Helpers when the firm that was providing an Aide to assit my wile proved unsatisfactory. Senior Helpers has been totally responive to our needs and provided us excellent communications and Aides that my wife is extremely pleased with.
