My snowblower tires wouldn’t hold air, so I took them to Kenvil Power Equipment. Ian was incredibly helpful—he inspected the tires and explained the best options, whether replacing them or installing new tubes. Ian installed new tubes, and I had the tires back the very same day. The service was friendly, professional, and an all-around great experience. Ian is the best, and I highly recommend Kenvil Power Equipment.

On 1/6/26 I went to the Service Department and was greeted by Ian Thompson . He was very Courteous, respectful and professional. He listened to my concerns over 2 Stihl Chain saws .. he asked me and went to the rear of Building. He fixed the one saw within 10 minutes. I went to Kenvil Power Equipment this morning and Steve and Ian helped me out getting my Echo Backpack Blower started. I thought I did everything I could to get it going and those guys got it running in no time. Id recommend anybody and everybody to go there for service and/or sales. They made a lifetime long customer out of me!!

I came to Kenvil Power Equipment after becoming a new home owner looking for a lawn mower. Ian approached me and starting discussing my options. I decided on the echo battery powered mower. Ian was extremely knowledgeable of all the equipment. He explained in detail the differences between each option as well as how to operate everything. After my lawn mower purchase I went back and also bought an echo leaf blower, weed whacker, and chain saw. The batteries are all interchangeable and last long enough to complete the yardwork at my home. Ian helped me each time I was there and listened to questions and concerns and was able to guide me into the best purchase for my needs. He explained safety precautions (I have a 10yr old who loves to help with yardwork) and really took the time to make sure I was completely prepared to use the equipment at home. No hassle, no pressure. Very courteous and knowledgeable. I love my echo power equipment! Would recommend Ian to anyone and will be back for future purchases!

After visiting several dealers and researching for the right mower It was an easy decision to purchase from Kenvil power. The patience and knowledge Pete had was unbelievable. None of the dealers I visited came even close to the quality customer service I received here. I highly recommend these guys they are true professionals of their trade. I almost forgot... love my new Wright hat I got with my purchase of my 48 stander.
