We were originally going to do RTA cabinets and saw online that Mike was a reseller for the brand I wanted. I contacted him, came in with the quote that I had. He also showed me the Ultracraft line he has had much success with. He worked up both quotes for us. In the end we went with the Ultracraft because for about 10% more than the RTA cabinets we did not have to assemble these and they were frameless which gave us more space which was at a premium for us. We and our friends installed them ourselves. When I first told Mike that I was installing them ourselves he warned us, it was no small under taking, but after we told him we were ready to tackle it, he never once tried to push us to get them installed. Also he worked with us and corrected mistakes in our original design and offered so much help. We met with Mike quite a few times during this and he never made us feel ignorant, but every time we walked away we felt we had learned a TON. To have a local business that was worked with OUR budget and OUR concerns and helped us every step of the way was priceless. I had mentioned to Mike that we could not afford to do the counter tops right now and he offered the option of a custom laminate top. While not as flashy as some of the expensive natural materials it allowed us to have a finished look TODAY and it was so affordable that if we wanted to switch years down the road to another material or even wanted to change the look of our counter tops that we could. We are so happy with our new kitchen and enjoyed working with Mike immensely.
