Outstanding customer service!

We noticed a puncture in our driver's, front tire and needed a fast repair on Christmas Eve. KRP Automotive not only provided same day service, but also repaired the damaged tire for a very good price (without replacing the tire). On top of that outstanding service, KRP automotive provided transportation to and from our house so we didn’t have to wait in the service center. It’s great that the spirit of Christmas still lives in local businesses! Thank you KRP!

Its my first time to put my car outside the dealership to give shot on different service, i spoke with Ted over the phone about the promotion they have online and grab the offer, they take care of my car very good, the place are clean and wellmaintained, they also offer wifi and coffee inside. they have a fast service. the mechanics took professionally my car. i really love the place. well recommended all of their services offered.

I needed my driver's side window regulator repaired and KRP fixed it for me. They provided a courtesy car to drop me off and pick me up while I was waiting for it to be repaired! I told them when I absolutely needed it done and it was "done" at that time! However, they waited until the very last minute and a repair that should have been roughly an hour was a five hour window and it didn't leave any time to complete the job that hadn't been successfully repaired... As "luck" would have it it wasn't repaired properly when I picked it up and I attribute that to an unusual repair which they gladly accepted to fix and assured me would be done to my satisfaction when I made the appointment. Yes, it was upsetting as i drove off and I tested it as I just paid a lot (they quoted a few prices for the regulator I needed from $130 to $185 for the part when I made the appointment and then they went with the most expensive part they could get) and it was still broke and the window was jammed in the down position. I circled back and they helped me get the window that wouldn't go back up on its own back up cutting my time window very close. Since I couldn't stay to have it repaired properly they scheduled a followup appointment ASAP when I called them on the phone after I had just left. I brought it in again and they fixed it right away while I waited first thing in the morning. Their garage was bustling with business even then, but they took care of me right away when I returned a couple of days later! It was annoying that I had to go back; but they were nice guys and stood by their work and made things right even though they weren't cheap and I didn't feel they really valued my time the first time I brought it in and it wasn't fixed properly, but they were respectful and it is working. It wasn't the best experience for me but they made it right. I would express caution.

Had both my vehicles serviced by KRP for the first time and had a wonderful experience. Before working on my cars they sent me text with pictures explaining what issues they came across and gave me a detailed explanation on how to correct them and what it would cost. I also enjoyed the complimentary car service they offered while my car was being worked on. We definitely found where we will be having our cars serviced from now on. They are professional, kind, and fair.

Evan & Ted are excellent, knowledgeable service writers. KRP took care of my car from start to finish. Very satisfied with the overall transaction. I would highly recommend bringing your car here for service. The job was completed quickly and efficiently while the price was fair. I will bring my vehicle back again. Thanks guys!
