Midtown Collision

I used midtown collision for a new insurance policy inspection. I made an appointment for 3pm but ended up there earlier than expected . Omar took me in without hesitation. He was beyond friendly and very welcoming. He even gave me a tour of his entire shop. I’ve been in plenty of auto body shops in my time and his was not only well kept , cleaned and organized but his staff were all hard at work. I would highly recommended this shop for any of your body repair work to be done.

We recently had work done on our Subaru Forrester after a deer ran into the side of our car. Midtown did an excellent job! The owners and staff are extremely kind and respectful. They are to be commended for their work. Highly recommend!

Extremely helpful, knowledge and respectful staff. Service for a collision repair was straightforward and communication was excellent. When I went to pick up my car I was surprised to see it fully washed and cleaned - inside and out (helpful for a single parent… did I mention I hate going to the car wash?)…..very pleasant experience- would highly recommend their services.

My car went into Midtown because of damage from a deer. I have a 2018 Chevy Equinox, fully paid off. I love my car. When inspected by Midtown there was approx $4,000 more in damages over what the inspector had stated. The new cost of repairs was within thousands of the car being totaled. I was devastated. I spoke with Abdul on multiple occasions to the point I was probably a thorn in his side. He assured me he would work with my insurance company to make it happen. He advised me to relax and that he would work with the insurance company on the price being within what the insurance company would feel was " repairable". Let me tell you what he is fantastic and my car looked brand new. It was detailed and everything. They even repaired some paint chips. 100% highly recommend Midtown Collision, they are knowledgeable, respectful, courteous, and so understanding. A++
