I would like to thank Hampton RV Trailer Sales & Service for helping us with our camper. The front cap was leaking, which by the time it showed its ugly head to us it was too late for any sort of easy remedy. I initially brought the camper to Alpin Haus in Oak Ridge. They should really call themselves Alpin Hosers. Take your camper there and they will hose you. Paid around $400 just for them to provide me a ridiculous estimate. Hampton RV Provided a free estimate, was not only fair, but transparent through the process to the best of their abilities. Our final cost was over the initial estimate, but within reason as it’s impossible to know 100% what they are dealing with until they tear down and see 💯% what they are working with. They provided thorough explainations of the work needed, work done, and progress photos along the way. They also repaired over and beyond factory spec to ensure to the best of their ability that with proper maintenance that we won’t endure the same issues due to shotty craftsmanship from the factory. If you are in the tri-state area and need repairs to your RV, save yourself the trouble of multiple estimates and just go to Hampton RV. Tell Bill I sent you!
Just purchased a custom made 7×14 V-Nose enclosed Car-Mate. Bill took his time with every detail and assured me that I was going to receive everything that I wanted per my requirements. I needed a taller trailer, reinforced, and heavier capacity. Everything I ordered was to spec and the delivered. Bill and his team took the time through multiple changes and add-ons. When I needed extra equipment installed for my truck to be compliant, he had everything ready and installed it ASAP. Very professional. Highly recommended. Will definitely return.

I am new to the RV world and purchased a used camper directly from the owner in June.
After several trips I was having a few minor issues. Decided to have Hampton winterize and answer some questions. Not knowing if this was due to my learning curve or actual issues.
They were beyond patient and very supportive. And yes, the fridge pilot light needed to be fixed, yes the tires and other undercarriage components needed a bit of care. Taught me about winterizing and correcting some mistakes from the previous owner (and still an awesome person to have bought my camper from) with regards to towing safety.
I am very impressed by the warm welcome and care taken to ensure my safety and comfort with this new chapter in my life.

Bill and Dan were a pleasure to work with! I pulled into the parking lot with a failed axle bearing and in need of a new trailer. I need to keep moving, arriving to jobs as part of my business, Stumpy’s Stump Grinding & Site Services, and they were very accommodating in getting me into a new trailer to continue my business.
