I cannot rave enough about how wonderfully helpful access is. Ben and his team are the most caring and intelligent group of professionals practicing Physical Therapy in the PA and NJ area. I have been to a handful of PT offices in the area and none of them can beat the care you receive here. They will go above and beyond to understand your unique needs, as every person’s pain and situation is different. They have thoughtful solutions and recommendations that you can try outside of the clinic. Throughout the session they are with you and check in on you throughout the exercises you do to make sure that the intensity is just right. Their level of care is consistent with all the therapists you work with too. My insurance doesn’t take them, but paying out of pocket for me costs less than paying a copay for someone in my network, they are very affordable for me. If you are in pain or recovering from surgery PLEASE seek out this clinic, you will not be disappointed.

Ben, Rachel and staff are wonderful. They are great professionals! I had a knee problem and the surgeon for the replacement sent me there to either help or prep for surgery. With all their help I am back to normal life again! at least for now I am avoiding the surgery.

The whole team is friendly, welcoming, professional and knowledgeable. I had high hopes for recovery from surgery. They gave me a plan and I worked it. It worked wonders. I can’t say enough great things about this team. From the moment you walk in, Kiera at the desk is always welcoming and ready to help with any scheduling changes. Evan is friendly and personal every time. Ben is incredibly personable and always checks in on how you’re doing, which makes the experience feel genuine. And most of all, Rachel is absolutely outstanding—she made me feel so comfortable even though I’m not much of a talker, and that truly made the difference. The entire staff listens, cares, and makes you want to never miss an appointment. Their service is 100/10! Thank you all for everything you do and for helping me on my road to full recovery.

I have been going to physical access and wellness for years now through injuries i have received while working in the construction industry. Their entire staff has been amazing from scheduling appointments to dealing with worker’s comp. They are very friendly and professional and make sure you get the necessary treatment you need to keep you moving forward towards a successful recovery. Dr. Ben and Physical therapist Rachel Farley have been absolutely amazing. They are extremely knowledgeable, professional, and patient and answer any questions or concerns i may have in ways that are easy for me to understand. I have been mainly working with Rachel and really appreciate the time and dedication she has given me to ensure my full recovery. I would give this business more than 5 stars if it were possible.
