Pete is a great salesman, better pricing than Home Depot and perfect craftsmanship from his crew for installation. They were very careful of where the seam went in a large room to make it look as good as possible.

Excellent service! It was so nice not dealing with a big box store. At Lacey carpet you get a phone call back and excellent communication on delivery or install dates and times. We are so happy with our carpet stairs and living room rug to match. Thank you Lacey Carpet! We like to support local businesses and are glad we chose them.

Awesome family owned business. Owner installed and did an excellent job. Reasonably priced. I highly recommend checking out this store.

Spent a fair amount of time looking at and learning about engineered wood flooring. So much to look through..so many choices of color, texture, board sizes. The owner Pete was very informative and spent a lot of time with us. When our decision to replace our carpet with hardwood is made, we will go back to Lacey Carpet.

We found the perfect carpets there. It was a very difficult to find retro pattern so we were thrilled. Unfortunately, two things tarnished our experience. I was not greeted or waited on until I asked for help. I did not even get a "hello" as I waited near the desk. Two other later customers were taken before me. When I showde interet in the very expensive carpets suddenly I had service. The carpet looks amazing and the rest of the job went smoothly until the very end.

The house was empty when the carpets were installed and I couldn't be there. When I inspected them later on I saw lots and lots of little pieces of carpet fibers all over every carpet. I had to delay having the furniture moved in because it was so messy. They told me they would have cleaned it if there was a vacuum but they don't carry one with them. They also did not call me to ask if there was one hiding somewhere. It is hard for me to believe they have never carpeted a house before move-in. I can not physically vacuum and now I will have to pay someone to do it. Very sorry but this is not top of the line service.
