Have been trying to get a small garden wall order for the past 2 weeks. Needless to say I’ve been promised return phone call 3 times through never got them. I had to constantly follow up with the manager who kept promising but never delivered. I finally had to go back to the yard to find out why my promised delivery was not coming only to find out that the manager never communicated to the staff about my order and was out of the office the day of my expected delivery. When I reiterated that I was on a time deadline, they told me they would be getting the blocks that day and would deliver them the next day. Assuming (mistake on my part) I would be the first delivery the next day, since i’m less that a mile from their yard, I again had to contact the office at noon to determine logistics and was told i would be delivered when the truck got back to the yard. I received a call at 2:12 pm saying the truck was loaded and on its way. It’s now over an hour later, and still no delivery. It’s literally 5 minutes from the yard to my job site, and i was charged a $130 deliver Fee which should have been gratis given the aggravation i’ve endured. If you’re thinking about procuring some hardscape, do yourself a favor and find another supplier. It’s definitely not worth the aggravation and lack of communication. It’s amazing to me how this company makes any money

Went to the site, spoke with Noah who helped me pick the right rocks for my driveway. I was out of the door in less than 20 minutes. Delivery came the next morning. Could not have had a smoother and quicker experience with Landi.

Bought 3 tons of driveway gravel (0.5 inch). Very reasonable price. Highly recommend them.

I needed paver samples so I contacted Landi and spoke to Mike. He checked availability and advised all I needed to do was stop by to pick them up. When I arrived I spoke to Mike and told him I was also looking for some “stepping” pavers. He immediately went to the yard and asked Noah to get my requested samples and proceeded to take me to an area where he showed me some options. By the time I got back to my car Noah was there with the samples, placed a plastic bag down to protect the car from getting dirty and marked each paver with the name. I told Noah I was also going to purchase the “stepping” pavers. At that point he headed to the pavers and checked out two that were in great condition. WHAT FANTASTIC SERVICE!! I really appreciated how they treated a homeowner just “looking”. Their service only promotes good will and encourages people, contractors and homeowners alike, to do business with Landi. I cannot recommend them highly enough!!!! Thank you Mike and Noah for your kindness and service!

I gave my review 5 stars. But it’s really 5 stars for the way Mike runs the show. When I have an issue Mike handles it. When they pull Mike away to deal with another site better have Mikes cell phone if you need something done. Mike was away once and when he came back I told him what I needed to he got it that day! To this day I’m still waiting for the office staff to call me about when it will be delivered from when Mike was away.
