I went to Agway to purchase brown mulch and the cashier Avery was very helpful and knowledgeable in pointing me in the right direction. This young hispanic boy kindly helped me put it into my trunk because of my bad back. He was lovely. Will go back again.
I have been shopping at this Agway every Spring for the last 5 years, and have always found the seedlings and supplies needed for my vegetable garden. Pricing is competitive compared to other nurseries or garden supplies shops. Highly recommended !
Nursery has a good collections, and clearly grouped, making it easy to find and makes shopping a breeze. The variety is impressive.
However, the customer service at this place is severely lacking. The staffs appeared to be working under duress and showed no respect for customers or the work they do. It felt as though they were being forced to work there against their will. The staffs at the checkout don't care whether the customers returns or not.
