I’ve traveled and visited many gyms across the country and this is an Amazing facility. Great machines and layout. Awesome music and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Don’t forget to get a smoothie.
Liked it better under old owner. Music is constantly trash tier obscenity laced rap. Some decent equipment, some gimmicky new age unisex junk. Lotta juiced zoomers and millennials, women working out half naked. Some may like that, I find it distracting and unserious.
Excellent gym, old school power lifting/bodybuilding vibe where you’re allowed to drop weights, lift heavy, use chalk, etc. Very friendly staff. Long hours of operation make it easy to go any time of the day.
First time coming here. Just got my membership for west orange and thought I would give the other locations a try. It isn’t the biggest gym I’ve ever been to but all of the equipment is in a perfect condition and if you care about the quality this gym is for you. Friendly staff and members. If your in the area this is a must try.
