The pillow shams are beautiful and appear to be very well made. Since I just received them, I cannot yet comment on how they hold up to washing, wear, or stain removal. While the product itself seems to be of good quality, I am disappointed with the customer service experience. I mistakenly believed I had purchased a pair of shams rather than a single sham and reached out to customer service for clarification, but I never received a response. Additionally, the order process was frustrating: I received a notification stating my order was being processed and that a confirmation email would follow shortly, yet I did not hear back until eight days later when I was informed the item had shipped. That message again directed me to the same customer support email, which I already knew was unresponsive.
The size was perfect for the intended area, and I love the vivid coloring. The mat is soft and cozy, but I can't speak to the absorbency because it is for our guest bath and no one has used that tub/shower since we received the mat.
Pictures do this shower curtain no justice...it is heavy and gorgeous, easily the most beautiful I've ever had.
It did need pressing to remove wrinkles and there was no oder to it as other reviews have stated. It will require a liner but I had one anyway so no issue there.
Although it was a bit priceyer than I like but we'll worth the cost. It was shipped fairly quickly and well packed.
Overall, very Happy with this purchase. 😊
