I used this company for the first and hopefully only time very recently. I found them to be prompt and professional. They were timely and capable and the ride was comfortable and smooth.
I needed to be carried down stairs, and they had a stair chair to accomplish that and then into a stretcher and on to my destination. They sent two attendants and an EMT and all were nice to deal with.
The only reason I didn’t give them a five is that the gentleman I spoke with when ordering the service didn’t tell me they had a stair chair to get me down about 18 steps, while I knew that a stretcher would not fit in the stairway. This caused me great concern that could have been alleviated if he told me they’d use a stair chair. He did tell me they did not have a wheelchair, which became problematic when the stretcher would not fit into the elevator at the medical point of service. We ended up using the stair chair.
Fortunately, that worked out very well and the entire experience was better than I had anticipated. If I have a medical transport need in the future, I will very likely use Life rock again.
