Close to my home with excellent teachers
A cozy little studio located on the upper floor of an A-frame dwelling, yoga in this studio is like exercising in the trees. Mindful Body has a great selection of classes, from yoga to pilates to bellydancing, at convenient times for everyone. Maria is truly one of the nicest people you could ever want to meet and is not only a fabulous yoga teacher, but a great personal trainer too. Amber's bellydance classes are an incredible amount of fun - its not easy to laugh and dance at the same time, but it happens a lot in these classes. I have been to a lot of different studios, and I can not more highly recommend this one.
I highly recommend Amber and Maria for their expertise in yoga. With so many choices on who to choose, it's the personal touch and client service that puts Maria's Mindful Body Studio above the rest. Highly recommend!!
