I’ll start things off with we didn’t even have an appointment. We walked into the store randomly since we were shopping in the area. Glenn was extremely welcoming and asked us a few questions about how we slept and what we were looking in a Mattress. Within 15 min he had us in our dream bed. Our mattress was in stock and he personally delivered it with his wife and had the adjustable frame set up in minutes. He explained all the functions and let us know if we had any questions to not hesitate to call him. Overall it was a 5 star experience and we’re extremely satisfied with the bed and service we received.

We had such a wonderful experience at mattress by appointment! I simply called and Glenn explained what they had in stock, prices, what he could order, etc. He made is super simple to make an appointment and worked with our schedules! We came in today tried out all the options picked one paid and within a few hours Glenn and his beautiful wife showed up and brought us our brand new mattress!
