I needed to purchase a recliner very last minute for a family member who just had spinal surgery. I called the company and spoke with Glen who was so kind and calming during a very stressful time. My wife and I went to his storefront. He had us try out different chairs until we felt comfortable. Glen genuinely cares about helping people, and it showed during a very stressful time. A great experience!! I wanted a recliner in a color they didn't have in stock, so they drove out to PA, picked it up, and delivered it to me in 2 days, knowing I had upcoming knee surgery & had been scammed by JD Furniture in Newton!
