We were all set to go to the Caribbean for our honeymoon, when hurricane Melissa hit. But Jona from dreamed vacations came to our rescue. She was able to rebook us to a beautiful private island in Belize. We had a wonderful time and are so thankful for all of her efforts. We highly recommend using her for your travel needs.

OKAY, where do I start, Jona is fabulous!
I was desperate to find a travel agent and happened upon Jona’s number by chance. After a lot of unanswered phone calls and emails to other travel agents. Clearly business is booming for them and they didn’t need the business. Anyway, back to Jona. She answered
the phone which was refreshing and shocking at the same time. She was pleasant, patient and listened as I explained what I was looking for. She asked questions to ensure she was fully equipped to plan the perfect trip for my niece and I to Greece. I knew the places I wanted to visit and Jona helped putting it all together. From our ride to and from the airport, tours etc.

I must tell you that Jona was there EVERY step of the way. From when our flight landed in Athens, to our return trip home. She checked in on us to ensure each part of our journey was to safe, pleasant and to plan. This is no exaggeration! Especially since we needed to reach out to her a few times. Jona was available to us if and when we needed her. It is really important to note that she answers her phone calls, text messages and emails. For that reason alone I would recommend her to anyone planning a trip. It may become necessary to have someone by your side while in a place you’ve never been before.

She even took the time to create a detailed Itinerary for us with all the vital information. As a person, Jona is kind, thoughtful and patient. She is easy to talk with. She takes pride in everything she does and all these qualities spills over into her work. There is so much positivity to seek her out for your next vacation abroad or even domestic. She truly cares about her clients. Just tell her what kind of trip you are after and she will deliver. Jona is the best!

P.S. My trip was last November so this review is long overdue. I usually never write reviews, but I made an exception because I wanted to share the wonderful experience I had choosing Jona.

Jona found us an absolutely magic vacation with a very short time frame and a very tight budget. It was everything we hoped for and even more. We cannot thank her enough!
