Monarch Counseling Center

We have been a part of Monarch Counseling Center for over 2 years now. My son has been working with Renata. It is great to have a provider that can connect with him as an adult with autism and navigating adulthood with everything that life brings his way. She has been my extension as one additional person there to support him through these life changes that he can trust and open up to. My experience has been positive and just seeing him reach the smallest goals he sets for himself, I know she has made a difference in his life. Monarch Counseling Center, I

Christina has been absolutely amazing! My husband and I have tried numerous therapists in the past, but after our first session with Christina, we both felt heard and understood! She’s been so patient, but also pushes us out of our comfort zone! Couldn’t recommend her enough!

Really unreliable group. I had 7 out of 8 appointments rescheduled on the same day or outright cancelled. When I tried speaking to my therapist about being able to have a reliable appointment as part of my care plan. She told me that this was impossible due to her divorce and custody of her child, and because she was busy running Monarch. She then told me if I could not offer her flexibility, I would need to find a new therapist.

Their online presence is really promising, but they have no interest in maintaining positive therapeutic relationships, and that’s a real shame. I requested my files, signed off on paperwork, and then had to wait another 3 months to receive them. And to be completely frank, this was months and months ago, and I wouldn’t have needed to post this BUT! Monarch will not stop contacting me. I contacted the owner herself asking to no longer be contacted, and they will not stop emailing me.

So you know, they emailed the full client list offering us $20 Starbucks gift cards for a positive review. I hope all of the upcoming reviews disclose that. :)

The service and support I have gotten with Monarch have been phenomenal! My counselor (Magdalena) was recommended to me based off my diagnosis, which to me shows they actually care about finding the right fit for you. She is always friendly and helpful and I look forward to our sessions. Scheduling is easy and open and the virtual sessions make things convenient. The office staff is also friendly and easy going and make things easy when there is an issue with insurance or billing. I honestly can’t say enough good things or recommend these guys enough!

We are incredibly grateful for the guidance and counseling that Samantha F has provided to our family. She has been nothing but amazing. She is compassionate, kind, and calming. She has provided coping tools that really work. Over time we were able to reduce the frequency of sessions because of the positive progress made during our sessions.
