    Rented a wheelchair from them. It was a bit more $$ then what I would say should have the been the fair price but the service and quality of the chair was excellent.

    I just want to express my deepest gratitude to Nos for his help and understanding of my situation and my medical condition of stage 4 Degenerative osteoarthritis and thank him for his understanding and patience. Being diagnosed with the disease and facing the reality of needing a walker at not even 60 years old. Nos is very compassionate and so helpful. I highly recommend calling him for all your medical needs. 10 stars to him and his company.

    I had shoulder sugery in march 2025. Rented a power lift recliner from Monroe Medical. I worked most often with Luanne who is just great. My entire experience was fantastic. Delivery, pick up and everything in between was easy. Would highly recommend this establishment !!!!

    My experience with Monroe Medical was very positive. I purchased a Recliner three years ago that has served me well. When the remote developed a problem, I never expected that a warranty might still be effect. When it was discovered that it was, I was immediately informed by Ellen and a refund given. Their honesty in these times, was very much appreciated!

    Called early this morning and an Angel named Ellen answered the call. Not only did she try to walk me thru fixing my electric recliner with out a service call, she was able to have Tom the service tech come fix my chair today! You all a absolutely the best. I would definitely recommend you store to anyone. Thank you again Ellen you are wonderful.
