Lauren was such a wonderful support to both me and my spouse during our postpartum journey. She was kind, calm, and totally in tune with what I needed—whether it was help with giving me a break with our baby, making meals (she is a fabulous cook!) or just being there so I wasn’t alone. She is very easy going and we had so many laughs and shared stories of parenthood. Her knowledge about recovery, infant care, and mental health made me feel supported. I only wish I had had her with my first baby and would recommend her to anybody can benefit from postpartum support.

As a new mom to preemie twins, I desperately needed help navigating motherhood and all the changes that came with it. I couldn’t have asked for a better person to help with that than Lauren! She was amazing with my babies and provided me emotional support, delicious meals, & solid advice on how to take care of these little nuggets. Lauren is incredibly nurturing, respectful, and kind and adapted seamlessly to the chaos that is my house now. She just jumped right in and took care of our family’s needs without any direction. Motherhood can be so lonely and scary, but it doesn’t have to be with the right support. If I could do it all over again I’d hire Lauren sooner! Your family’s in great hands with her.

I hired Lauren as a postpartum doula through another agency and she was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was a huge help with making meals, light housekeeping, and education surrounding taking care of our son as first time parents. She was also really great with our son. I would highly recommend her if anyone is looking for a postpartum doula for their postpartum journey.

She was absolutely amazing!! It was like she has watched him his whole life! When she got there she jumped right into the craziness of the day and made sure our son had whatever he needed. She got him dressed for the ceremony and kept him so calm and happy during the rest of the nights activities.

He was so comfortable and happy with her. She was able to get him to sleep ( which is not an easy task) and made the day so easy for us.

Lauren was an amazing resource for my family. If you are unsure about whether to hire a postpartum doula, just do it. You will not regret it. I have three kids and did not hire a doula for my first two. The difference in my postpartum experience cannot be overstated. Not only did Lauren help me get much needed rest, she helped me with emotional support, breastfeeding, cleaning bottles and even helped me with a move I was crazy enough to do when I was a few weeks postpartum. She wore many hats to help me in my fourth trimester. I am very appreciative of everything she’s done for me and will definitely use her again if I have another baby. She’s the best!
