Lovely store! The workers are super kind and sweet, products worked amazing for me and my teenage son (who doesn't like skincare haha). I don't think she works there anymore but when you go into the store find Skye, she's very helpful and will show you step by step. They sometimes have samples - sometime's don't.
I used to waste money buying things online that I ended up not using, but at NAVIA, I’m really satisfied because they have testers for every product, so I can try everything before purchasing. The staff are all very friendly, and they helped me find a foundation shade that perfectly matches my skin tone. I’m really happy with my purchase!
I was there last night. The store is super cute, organized, and clean! The girl working there was so sweet, so kind, and helpful! She was knowledgeable, not only gave me excellent advices, relating skin care routines, but even matched me up with a foundation, that I’m wearing today. The hour long drive was worth it!
