Dealing with them has been nothing short of amazing. I called 4 to 5 different contractors. All of them tried to price gouge me and overcharge for a hot water heater installation. NJR was super transparent, offered rebates upfront along with a coupon, and we’re very professional on the install. They applied for permits and were able to put some of my balance to my gas bill to make it more affordable. Highly Recommend!

NJR has saved us on multiple occasions, due to a hack-job install of our boiler by another company.

They are always prompt (same-day for emergencies) and professional, and with the plan we have, everything was always covered.

After a carbon monoxide issue with the unit due to its improper install, we had them replace it with a new unit, which they were able to do within 24-hours. The price was a little steep, but fair compared to other installers who have been robbing people blind since Covid, and they were extremely prompt and professional.

Would recommend to anyone.

My heat wasn’t working so I called on Thursday for a technician to come out which was made for Saturday. Luckily, my tech Doug got here at 9:30 am and was as nice as could be. He took care of everything with kindness and great knowledge. We even learned a few things about our system which was great. I’d give NJR 5 stars if the appointment could have been sooner.

We converted from oil heat to gas, needing gas line installation into our home, removal of an antiqued large, heavy oil furnace system, new thermostats, new gas heating 2 zone system and all the labor/knowledge/hard work that it requires, as well as converting our chimney to accommodate the system. The crew doing each job were the best. Courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, on time, hard working, cleaned up "everything" and took all the time we needed with our questions being 1st time gas customers. NJR and all the crew are excellent at what they do and I would highly recommend them.

We were very happy with the team members that came to our house to install the Generac full house generator!!! Kyle the Electrician and his team were amazing. They answered all of our questions thoroughly and provided exceptional customer service. They were also neat and cleaned up after themselves. Job well done by NJ home services. Laura the office admin was also a pleasure to deal with. She was organized and provided exceptional. Customer service as well.. Job well done by all mentioned in this Google review!!!
