We came for the Boo Bash festival and really enjoyed the atmosphere. Although there were quite a few people there, it was well run and laid back. The ice cream and cider donuts are top notch here, and the farm store has a great selection of products. Incredibly scenic valley setting and a great place to enjoy the fall foliage. Lots of things to do for kiddos including free playground areas and petting zoo. Hayrides to the pumpkin patch, monster truck rides, tractor train rides for kiddos. The list goes on!
Great farm very very big!! Wasn’t expecting it to be this big. They offer multiple parking lots looks like they could fit 10,000 cars it’s really big lol. However, even though it’s so big everyone is super friendly, which makes a very big difference whether it’s the people checking you in or the people at the cashier or the ones selling things everyone greeted us with a smile!! They offered different farm activities such as hayride, They have some animals to feed, different playground area To play. There was apple picking and pumpkin picking. As well as some other activities for additional cost. Got the ice cream and I highly recommend it. It was delicious.!! Today was a very busy day at the farm, so the lines were long, but everyone worked their best to make them move quickly! On my way out I really wanted the apple cider donuts. They smell sooo delicious But the line for them was pretty long and I had an over 2 Hour Dr. home so I had to pass on them But just from the smell, I recommend them :)
Had a great time at Ort farms! Overall great experience, great for families. This year they had more vendors and live music. There’s also more things to do! They have monster trucks that give rides, a section to see the farm animals and a store where you can buy produce. Not too expensive or cheap worth to pay a visit.
I had the most wonderful time at Ort Farms! My friend and I went on a weekday and it wasn’t crowded at all! The corn maze was so fun and a little bit tricky, but absolutely worth it. Definitely pick your own apples and pumpkins- the prices are great! It was an amazing experience.
Wanted to try a new spot for Apple Picking and Ort’s did not disappoint.
there was ample space to park and traffic
was guided by staff so it wasnt chaotic. The farm was beautiful and well maintained. Playground was in perfect condition and even looked new! the kids definitely had so much fun. We went to their orchard and it was very organized however the PYO apples seem pricey for a small bag of $8 or $12. This was a separate purchase from the admission ticket which also included the orchard entrance and their hayride.
During our visit (Sept) was also an event so they had vendors and a live band which was neat! there were enough tables/chairs fyi. We also tried their homemade icecream and I absolutely enjoyed their pumpkin patch milkshake and their special caramel apple cider slushie float which included an apple cider donut! it was so good! they also sell apple cider donuts and other homemade breads and pastries inside their well kempt shop! sure enough we had a lovely visit at their farm and would love to revisit again some day soon!
