I cannot fathom or begin to understand any negative reviews about this fine physician.She is brilliant, thorough, listens well, and seems genuinely concerned about each patient. Her answering service is horrible, but that should not reflect on the doctor. Her office answers the phone only on Wednesdays from 10 AM until 5 PM. It does take a while to figure that out.
I had a great experience with Dr. Ortiz. She was thorough and un-rushed, she took time to answer all of my questions. I was seen within a few minutes of my appointment time. Her office was very efficient and she was great. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an infectious disease physician.
Just left an appointment with my Mom whose had high calcium and an elevated parathyroid, and Dr Ortiz was exceptional. He was extremely detailed, made me feel like my Mom was in well trained and knowledgeable hands, and I came in to ask questions in case my Mom forgot and I left with no questions. Really highly recommend Dr. Ortiz.
