I recently sold my ResMed AirCurve 10 VAuto BiPAP to Outfront Medical and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. I initially called the number I found online and spoke directly with Michael Callaghan. He was incredibly forthcoming and professional—we spoke for about 15 minutes, during which he clearly explained the process and what he could offer for the machine.
After our call, he promptly emailed me a prepaid UPS shipping label, which made the entire process incredibly convenient. I was able to track the package, knew exactly when it arrived, and within just a couple of days after they received and inspected the machine, Michael sent out a check via UPS with a tracking number. Everything was transparent and easy to follow.
The entire transaction was smooth, honest, and exactly as promised. Great communication, no hidden surprises, and a company that clearly values integrity and customer service.
